At Domeriqo S.A.S. (hereinafter, "Domeriqo"), with legal domicile at Av. Libertador 6250, Floor 12, C1428ARS, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina, we are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our users in accordance with the legislation in force in the Argentine Republic.
1. Applicable legal framework
The processing of personal data carried out by Domeriqo is governed by Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection, its Regulatory Decree No. 1558/2001, the provisions of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), and the complementary regulations in force as of 2026. We also apply international data protection standards in line with the best practices of the financial and technological sector.
2. Personal data we collect
We collect personal identification data (name, surname, DNI/CUIT, date of birth), contact data (email, phone number, postal address), financial data necessary for participation in crowdlending projects (banking information, investor profile), browsing and platform usage data (IP address, device type, pages visited, time spent), and data voluntarily provided through contact forms or direct communications.
3. Purpose of processing
We use the collected data to: manage user registration and account on the platform; facilitate participation in real estate crowdlending projects; comply with legal, fiscal, and regulatory obligations before agencies such as the CNV, UIF, and AFIP; send service-related communications, project updates, and relevant news; improve user experience and optimize platform performance; and prevent fraudulent activities and ensure transaction security.
4. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your data is based on: the free, express, and informed consent granted upon registration or use of our services; the execution of the participation contract in investment projects; compliance with legal obligations applicable to the financial sector; and Domeriqo's legitimate interest in improving its services and preventing fraud, provided that the data subject's rights do not prevail.
5. Sharing data with third parties
We may share personal data with: technology service providers that assist in platform operations, under confidentiality agreements; financial entities involved in fund management; regulatory bodies and competent authorities when required by law; and real estate developers participating in projects, limited to strictly necessary information. We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to the service.
6. International data transfers
Some of our technology service providers may be located outside the Argentine Republic. In these cases, we ensure that international data transfers are carried out in accordance with AAIP provisions and with adequate levels of protection, implementing standard contractual clauses and appropriate security mechanisms.
7. Data retention
We retain personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the described purposes and applicable legal obligations. For financial and transactional data, retention periods comply with CNV, AFIP, and anti-money laundering regulations in force, which may require record retention for a minimum of ten years from the last transaction.
8. Data subject rights
Under Law 25,326, you have the right to: access your personal data held in our databases; request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data; request deletion of your data when no longer necessary for processing purposes; object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances; and revoke consent granted at any time. 9. Security measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction. This includes encryption of data in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, periodic security audits, incident response plans, and continuous staff training on data protection matters.
10. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable legislation. Substantial modifications will be notified through the platform or by email. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
